Highly recommended by Renewable Installers.

“Really took the time to understand my business and what I was trying to achieve, instead of just rushing through a standard template.”

Sound familiar?

You get home from site.
There are 14 messages waiting.

Half just say “how much for solar?”. Two want a 12-panel system for £2,000. One is a proper job, and it’s been waiting since nine this morning. Meanwhile the homeowner who found you on Google is still deciding whether to trust you with their roof.

Show them you’re the real deal.

Real installations, genuine reviews and the accreditations you hold. Homeowners can see you’re worth trusting with their roof before they pick up the phone.

No more ‘how much?’ messages.

The quote form asks for the postcode, the job, the property, their bill and when they want to start. You know who’s serious before you call.

Follow-up that happens on site days.

Every enquiry gets an instant reply, and quotes that go quiet get a reminder on the schedule we agree with you. Nothing relies on you remembering.

The difference happens after “submit”

Don’t leave the next job
buried in your inbox.

Every enquiry gets an instant reply, lands in one place with the details you need, and gets a nudge if it goes quiet. When you pick up the phone, you already know what they want.

The old wayYour inbox at 9pm

Enquiries in five places. No postcode, no budget, no idea who's serious. The real job has been waiting since this morning.

With Digital CopperEvery enquiry, in one place

Each enquiry arrives with the details you need to reply. Move a job along after you've spoken to them, and quiet quotes get an automatic nudge.

Example view with made-up customers. The exact layout depends on the system we set up with you.

What lands on your phone

One tidy email.
Everything you need to call them back.

  1. 01

They fill in the quote form

Postcode, what they want, the property, their bill and their timescale. It reaches you as one tidy email, or goes straight into your job system.

  2. 02

    They get an instant reply

An automatic message thanks them and says when you’ll be in touch. They know you’ve got it, even if you’re up a ladder.

  3. 03

    Quiet quotes get a nudge

If a quote goes quiet, a reminder goes out on the schedule we agree with you. No sticky notes, no trying to remember.

  4. 04

    You see what’s moving

New, survey booked, quote sent, won. Move a job along after you’ve spoken to them, and you can see who needs you next.

No new software to learn

Not another dashboard you have to log into.

Enquiries arrive in the inbox you already use, laid out the same way every time. If you already use a CRM or job management system, we connect the quote form to it.

If you’d like a simple board like the one above to track jobs, we set it up for you. If you’d rather just get better emails, that’s fine too.

We set up and look after the quote form, the automatic replies and the reminders. You and your team do what you’re good at: talking to customers, surveying, quoting and installing. We agree any software costs with you before we start.

Your website. Your follow-up. One partner.

Like an admin assistant
who never goes home.

You shouldn’t be writing web pages after a day on site, working out how to connect a quote form, or wondering who’s looking after the website. Hand it over. We’ll take it from here.

  • Your business, properly explained

Up to 18 pages, with copy written from an interview with you. Service pages, local coverage, installation projects, reviews and a clear quote journey. 2 consolidated revision rounds included.

  • Tools that move the conversation forward

A guided quote request and solar savings and roof calculators help visitors explore their options. Solar estimates support the conversation; your team confirms suitability and pricing after a survey.

  • Follow-up that runs itself

Your enquiry stages, one connection to the email or job system you already use, and the automatic replies and reminders we agree with you.

  • A website someone keeps looking after

Hosting, security, monitoring and enquiry reporting. Each month, we choose one focused improvement from what the report shows. Local search foundations and a Google Business Profile check are included at launch.

UK installer website questions

Before you choose your website partner

Who builds websites for renewable energy installers in the UK?

Digital Copper is a web design business based in Dumfries, working with UK solar, battery storage, heat pump and EV charger installers. Our work includes Fusion Renewables, Hackwood Renewables and Cool ’n’ Easy Renewables. We write, build and look after installer websites, with quote forms that ask the right questions and follow up for you.

How much does a renewable energy installer website cost?

Digital Copper’s Installer Growth Website costs £4,500 to launch plus £395 per month from launch. The first-year total is £9,240, before VAT where applicable. The build includes up to 18 pages, the quote form and the agreed follow-up setup. Paid software and advertising are separate.

What is included in the £395 a month?

Hosting, security, monitoring, looking after your quote form, automatic replies and reminders, a monthly enquiry report and one focused improvement. Reporting, follow-up care and changes share an allowance of 2 hours per month. Unused time does not roll over. Larger work and paid software are quoted separately.

Do you handle sales calls and quotes for us?

No. Your team talks to customers, surveys, quotes and closes the sale. We set up and look after the website, the quote form, the connection to your email or job system, and the automatic replies and reminders we agree with you. We agree any software and subscription costs before work starts.

Will I need to learn new software?

No. Enquiries arrive in the inbox you already use, laid out the same way every time. If you already use a CRM or job management system, we connect the quote form to it. If you’d like a simple board to track jobs, we set it up for you, but you don’t have to use one.

Can you build a website for a heat pump or EV charger installer?

Yes. We tailor service pages, project examples and the quote journey to what you install and the areas you cover. The included solar savings and roof calculators are solar-specific; they do not assess heat pump or EV charger suitability. Additional custom tools are scoped separately.

Will the website generate leads without advertising?

The build includes local search foundations, clear service content and a Google Business Profile check to support organic discovery. Enquiries also depend on local demand, competition, your offer and how people find you. We track enquiries and improve the website, but do not guarantee lead numbers, rankings or AI recommendations. Advertising spend and management are separate.

Can you replace our existing website?

Yes. We review your current website, agree the content to move and plan the replacement around your services and enquiry process. If you already have a customer system, we assess the included connection before agreeing the scope.

How long does the website take, and who owns it?

Launch is within 30 working days of complete onboarding, including the required content and access. The monthly package has a 3-month minimum, then 30 days’ notice. Your website, content and logins remain yours, with a handover if you leave.
