Robert runs PTDL Prestige, a premium chauffeur service covering Dumfries, Cumbria, and major airports. From rugged SUVs for country estates to luxury saloons for corporate transfers, he provides high-end travel at sensible local prices. His service on the road was flawless, but managing the logistics behind the scenes was a manual, time-consuming challenge.

In the chauffeur industry, customers usually have to call up or fill out a messy contact form just to get a quote. It creates friction for the buyer and endless admin for the business owner.

Robert was spending too much time acting as a dispatcher—answering price queries, manually logging bookings into a diary, and emailing customers to confirm their driver allocations. He needed a digital presence that didn't just look like a luxury brand, but actively ran the administrative side of the business for him so he could focus on driving.

We looked at local competitors and found a common problem: they all hid their prices and forced customers to call for a quote. We realized PTDL Prestige could win a massive share of the market simply by offering extreme convenience—allowing clients to see prices and book instantly online.

02. The Strategic Blueprint (Plan)

We designed a two-part solution. For the customer, a seamless 5-step online booking form that handles standard trips, airport transfers, and event hire. For Robert, we architected a secure backend dashboard where he could see his diary fill up in real-time, dispatch drivers, and manage his business from anywhere.

03. The Build (Build)

To ensure the website looked as premium as the service itself, we organised a professional photoshoot to capture his spotless fleet—saving Robert the hassle of trying to take photos himself. We built the front-end website around these high-quality visuals to perfectly match the luxury of his vehicles. Behind the scenes, we engineered automated email systems so that the moment a booking is approved and a driver is allocated, the customer gets a professional, reassuring update without Robert having to type a single word.

Because Robert was new to managing a digital system, our job didn't stop at launch. We provided ongoing, one-on-one training to guide him through his new dashboard.
